According to the summary Star Wars: Acolyte, you can expect more from the show than just the typical action scenes and sci-fi world-building. It seems to have a suspense thriller slant to it, and even if you’re not a Star Wars fan but love that particular genre, you’ll find it appealing – and now Disney+ has released its official trailer for you Know what you can expect. Star Wars: The Acolyte The story takes place at the end of the High Republic Era, approximately a century before the events of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.

It revolves around a former apprentice played by Amandla Stenberg (everything, everything and the hatred you give) reunites with her old Jedi Master (Lee Jung Jae) squid game) investigates a series of crimes. Of course, as they investigate this crime spree, they uncover more and more clues, which Disney says will lead them “down a dark path, where sinister forces reveal that all is not as it seems…” Detective story, sounds promising, and I’d be happy if Disney could nail the execution and give us a satisfying (and unpredictable) ending.
